At the first meeting we listen carefully to what
you are trying to achieve

your proposed project and answer
all of your questions and concerns.
During this time we will acquire all necessary
information including:
- What changes you wish to make and why.
- To ensure your renovation complies with the relevant
city
by-laws
and the B.C building code.
- Your proposed budget for the work
planned.
- The anticipated start date and time frame for this project.

At
the second meeting, you'll receive detailed specifications (scope of work)
complete with preliminary
drawings and sketches that outline
all work and materials
we discussed at our first meeting.
- We provide feedback, suggested, and alternatives after taking
all of the
information from the first meeting into account.
- Ensure that the suggested renovation meets your needs and
that the
changes are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Making certain to create a seamless transition from old to new and
that the Scope of Work matches your budget and time frame.

The Team
Our "easy to approach" attitude will help make your renovation experience
pleasant and comfortable.
We pride ourselves on keeping the renovation
site clean and safe with as little disruption to you and your family.
You can rest assured that we will manage every detail throughout the
course of your project.
Pricing
Depending on the project size and complexity there are generally three
ways of pricing:
- Contract Price - This is a complete package price for labour and
material for the entire project. Generally smaller projects.
- Cost Plus – This is a percentage fee markup added to the cost of
materials,
labour, sub-contractors, and management personal.
- Management Fee – This is a straight hourly, bi-weekly or monthly management
fee agreed upon by both parties.
